FastQuote CRM

One system.
From first call to paid invoice to Google review.

Fence work has a specific rhythm: lead in, estimate out, signed and deposit, job scheduled, job completed, invoice paid, review requested. Most CRMs assume you're a salon or a plumber or a lawyer - so you spend Sundays gluing together workarounds. FastQuote is the fence-specific system we've built and refined for the way fence crews actually work.

The problem FastQuote solves

Fence contractors leak more jobs in follow-up than in first response.

The lead came in. Great. The estimate went out. Great. The homeowner didn't sign. Now what? For most fence companies, the answer is "nothing" - and that's where the leak is.

The estimate goes out as a PDF via email

Homeowner opens it on a phone. Can't sign. Doesn't have a printer. Sets it aside "to look at later." That later never comes.

The office forgets to follow up

Everyone has too much to do. The unsigned estimate sits in an inbox. Two weeks later, when someone finally follows up, the homeowner has already hired someone who followed up in 48 hours.

Deposit is "cash or check when we start"

Deposits at start of work sound simple until the job gets postponed, the homeowner ghosts, or the deposit check bounces. Deposit at signing solves all three.

Final invoice happens whenever

Job finishes on a Friday. Invoice goes out Wednesday when the office catches up. Homeowner pays "next week." Then next month. Then never.

Review requests are manual (so they don't happen)

Every fence owner knows they should ask for reviews. Nobody does it consistently. The window closes fast - if you don't ask within 48 hours of completion, you won't ask.

Every tool lives in a different app

Estimates in one tool, invoices in another, texting in a third, email in a fourth, reviews in a fifth. Nobody has a single view of any customer.

How FastQuote actually flows

From the first missed call to the Google review. One system.

  1. 01

    Lead intake and instant response

Form fills, calls, and missed calls all land in FastQuote. An automatic text goes out within 60 seconds of any inbound lead: "Thanks for reaching out - we'll be in touch shortly." Missed calls get an automatic "sorry we missed you, when's a good time to call back?" text. This alone recovers 15-30% of leaks in most fence businesses.

  2. 02

    Estimate creation and delivery

Sketch the fence on site, place the gates, and FastQuote prices every run from your price book. Offer good, better and best styles side by side, plus add-ons. Branded proposal generated instantly. Delivered by SMS and email as a link the homeowner opens on their phone. Options can be selected, add-ons chosen, terms visible.

  3. 03

    E-signature and deposit at signing

Homeowner signs on their phone. Deposit is collected right there by card or ACH. The signed contract is emailed to the customer and saved to their file. A job is created automatically, ready to schedule.

  4. 04

Auto-follow-up on unsigned estimates and unpaid invoices

Unsigned estimates and unpaid invoices both get automatic follow-up texts. All personalized, all editable, all quietly recovering jobs and payments that would have slipped. Nobody in the office has to remember to do this - it just happens.

  5. 05

    Scheduling, materials and job cost

Book the job into an open time on your crew calendar. For styles priced from materials, the job gets a materials list and a supplier order list, counted from the sketch. The job cost card shows what the job will really make before the crew rolls.

  6. 06

    Final invoice and review request

Job marked complete. Final invoice goes out with a payment link. Then a Google review request goes out with one click, or automatically on every completed job, while the homeowner is happiest with the work. Direct link to your Google review form. This is the flywheel that fixes your map pack ranking over the next quarter.

Inside FastQuote

One simple workflow from lead to paid job.

FastQuote is built the way fence crews actually work: measure and price the job, get it signed, take the deposit, run the schedule, know your margin, collect payment, and ask for the review. Every screen below is the real app.

Sketch the fence and the price builds itself.

Draw the runs, drop in the gates, and FastQuote prices the whole job from your price book. Every style on the estimate uses the same sketch, so good, better, best takes seconds, not a second trip.

  • Draw runs and gates on a phone, tablet or computer
  • Per-foot and per-gate pricing from your price book
  • Your markup and commission built in
  • Up to four styles priced from one sketch
  • Manual line items for jobs that need them

Questions we get

The things fence owners ask before we start.

What makes FastQuote different from a generic CRM?

It is built around fence work: sketches with runs and gates, styles priced per foot or from your own materials, good, better, best proposals, deposits at signing, crew scheduling, and job cost. Fence Branders builds it, sets it up for you, and supports it.

Can I migrate from Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan?

Yes. We handle the export from your current tool and the import into FastQuote as part of onboarding. Customer records, job history, and open estimates all come across. There is a real transition period - budget two to three weeks of parallel run while your team gets used to it.

Do I own my customer data?

Yes, always. Every contact, every estimate, every invoice can be exported to CSV any time. If we ever part ways, your customer database walks with you.

Does FastQuote replace my accounting software?

No. FastQuote handles the customer-facing estimate, invoice, and payment flow. Keep your accounting software for bookkeeping, tax reporting, and payroll.

What if my crew isn't comfortable with new software?

We train. Full onboarding, video walkthroughs, and a training session for your team. FastQuote is designed for people who did not grow up on computers - big buttons, simple flows, and most work still happens by text message on their phone. If a stubborn team member holds out, we've seen most come around inside a month once they realize the follow-up work is doing itself.

Is there a guide for my office staff?

Yes. The FastQuote help center walks through every part of the app with short steps and screenshots, from your first estimate to the review request.
