The System

One connected growth engine.
Built for how fence work actually gets done.

Most fence contractors are running four disconnected tools from four different vendors, each pointing fingers when the phone stops ringing. We built the opposite: one system where the website, ads, SEO, business profile, CRM, and reporting all know about each other and all measure the same thing - a booked job.

The six pieces

Every part of the system does one job well and hands off to the next one.

You can start with the whole system or start with the piece that's leaking the most. Either way, the pieces are built to plug together without duct tape.

How it connects

The system runs a full loop, from search to signed job to review.

Here's the actual sequence, every single time a stranger becomes a paying customer.

  1. 01

A homeowner searches "wood fence installation [their city]"

Your Google Business Profile shows up in the map pack. Your county page ranks in the organic results below it. Your Google Ad shows above both. We fight for all three positions because the click can come from any of them, and homeowners pick the one they trust first.

  2. 02

    They land on your website

Your site loads in under two seconds on their phone. The photos are yours, not stock. The estimate form is right there, and so is a tap-to-call button with your real number. There's a service area map so they know you actually work their neighborhood. Nothing generic. Nothing that looks like every other fence site.

  3. 03

They fill out the form or tap the phone number

The form lands in FastQuote. The call is tracked in your CRM with a recording. Either way, an automated text goes out inside 60 seconds acknowledging the lead so you don't lose them to the next result on their list. This is where most fence companies leak the most jobs - to fix it, the messaging has to be automatic, not "we'll get to it".

  4. 04

You (or the office) send the estimate

FastQuote generates a branded proposal with line items, options, and pricing. Homeowner signs on their phone. Deposit gets collected right there via ACH or card. If they don't sign in 48 hours, FastQuote follows up. If they don't respond, it follows up again. You're not the one remembering.

  5. 05

    The job runs

Job goes on the schedule. Materials are noted. Crew notes stay attached to the customer file. When you're done, FastQuote sends the final invoice, then a review request one day after completion - at the moment the homeowner is happiest with the work. This is the review flywheel that fixes your map pack ranking over the next quarter.

  6. 06

    Every step reports back

Every form. Every call. Every estimate. Every signed job. Every dollar of ad spend. Every review request. It all flows into your monthly report so you can see exactly which counties, which keywords, and which campaigns are producing signed work - and which are wasting money.

Why it's connected instead of stacked

Disconnected marketing is the reason fence contractors think marketing doesn't work.

Common setup

Four vendors, four dashboards, zero accountability

  • Web guy built the site two years ago, hasn't touched it since
  • SEO agency sends a keyword-ranking PDF nobody reads
  • Ads consultant reports on clicks and impressions, not booked jobs
  • Someone in the family manages the CRM in a spreadsheet
  • Reviews happen when they happen
  • Nothing talks to anything else

When leads dry up nobody knows why. Every vendor blames the other three. You pay everyone anyway.

Fence Branders

One system, one team, one report

  • Website, SEO, ads, GBP, CRM, and reporting all wired to the same data
  • Every lead source can be traced back to the campaign that produced it
  • Every campaign can be measured against booked jobs, not clicks
  • Automated follow-up on missed calls, unsigned estimates, and post-job reviews
  • One monthly report that reconciles all of it
  • One number to call when something breaks

When leads dry up we know why in a day. When they double we know why in a day. Either way you know what to do next.

What the system is not

A few things worth being blunt about.

It's not a template

Every site is built for your actual crew size, service area, and specialties. The SEO map is drawn around your real service area, not a national playbook. No two client sites are the same.

It's not a lead marketplace

We don't sell you shared leads. Every lead the system produces belongs to you and only you. If we ever stop working together, the pipeline doesn't shut off, because the pipeline is your website, your GBP, your ads account, and your CRM.

It's not a lock-in

You own every asset. Your website. Your Google Ads account. Your GBP. Your CRM data. If you leave, everything walks with you and keeps producing. Try that with the last agency that promised the moon.

It's not a "spray and hope"

We don't buy generic "fence leads near me" clicks and call it a day. Every keyword, every county page, every campaign is chosen because it's what your future customers are actually typing.

It's not a magic trick

The first 30 days are foundation work: site, tracking, GBP cleanup, ads setup. Real lead growth shows up in months two and three. Real map-pack movement takes a full quarter. We tell you that on day one so you're not surprised on day 45.

It's not fence-only

Fence is what we know best and it's who we build for first. The same system also works for roofing, landscaping, decks, hardscape, tree, and other local service trades that operate the same way.
