It says I am locked out.
After several wrong tries, sign-in pauses for up to 15 minutes. Wait, then try again.
The page says Offline.
Refresh the page and check your internet. If it stays offline, contact us.
I keep getting signed out.
Leave Keep me signed in checked on your own device. Without it, FastQuote signs you out after 8 hours.
Sending and signing
Send to customer does not work.
The client needs an email or phone number. Add one on the client, then try again. You can also copy the link and text it.
My customer cannot open the link.
The link may have been regenerated. Open the estimate and send it again. Links stop working after the customer signs, except to view the signed copy.
Where is the signed contract?
On the job and the invoice under Signed contract on file. Click Download signed PDF.
Payments and invoices
Why is the customer price higher than my price?
The listed price includes 4% to cover online payment costs. Check and cash customers pay your price. See Deposits and payments.
Record payment says to enter the quoted receipt amount.
For check or cash, enter the Expected receipt amount FastQuote shows, not the listed amount. Nothing is recorded until they match.
I can't pick an installment.
Only unpaid installments are listed. If all are paid, the invoice is paid in full.
Jobs and schedule
The customer signed but I don't see a job.
Refresh the job board and choose the All filter. If it is still missing, contact us.
No open times show when I schedule.
Open times come from your calendar's availability. Contact us to change it.
A job says Date passed.
The booking date has passed. Open the job and mark it In progress or Completed.
Price book and estimates
I don't see the fence calculator.
Turn on at least one fence style in the price book.
A style is missing from the style picker.
Only styles that are turned on show. Turn it on in the price book.
The price looks wrong.
Check the footage and gates under the sketch, the costs on the style, and the markup in the Quote summary. Typed overrides on a style card also change the price.
